What we store

When you save your free exit-readiness score, apply for the AI Exposure Audit, or talk with your advisor (the advisor chat), we store:

• Your email and the business details you enter in the audit form.
• If you use the deep-intake wizard after applying, the per-margin-line answers you provide.
• Your conversation history with the Exit Partner, so it can pick up where you left off.
• A small set of specific facts your Exit Partner learns from that conversation — things like “their biggest client is roughly 40% of revenue” — so future conversations don’t start from zero. We only store facts you actually stated; we never invent them, and each one is tagged with where it came from and how confident we are it was stated plainly. Facts we’re not confident about are kept on file but never spoken back to you as though confirmed.

Why

So the Exit Partner can be genuinely useful across visits instead of a stateless chatbot, and so we can prepare your audit without asking you to repeat yourself. Nothing here is shared outside Exit Boardroom, sold, or used for anything other than serving you.

Deletion

Deletion is handled directly, on request — email paul@exitboardroom.coand everything tied to your email is removed. This is a manual process today, not an automated self-serve one; if you request deletion, expect a confirmation once it’s done, not an instant response.
